Durham Hospitals Radio has been shortlisted in 4 categories at the National Hospital Radio Awards 2018. One of the categories is for Best Special Event for their coverage of the 2017 Durham Regatta.
The Awards presentation takes place at the Hospital Broadcasting Association annual conference in Windsor on March 23rd – 25th 2018.
The shortlisted categories are
- Best Specialist Music Programme: Durham Hospitals Radio with the Sunday Showtune Showdown
- Best Special Event: Durham Hospitals Radio with Durham Regatta
- Best Speech Package: Durham Hospitals Radio with Eileen’s Cheviot Challenge
- HBA Station of the Year: Durham Hospitals Radio
