On Sunday April 22nd Durham University Boat Club is holding a sponsored walk in memory of recent alumnus Finn Abberton, who passed away in December 2017. aged just 22.

The walk covers 21 miles of the Weardale Way along the River Wear from Durham to Roker in aid of Mind – The Mental Health Charity.

All donations for the cause are most welcome, or if you would like to take part in the walk itself (meeting 9am at Maiden Castle) please contact president@dubc.co.uk. All funds raised will go to the charity.
