Disabled access
Blue badge holders are able to park in the Regatta car park without charge. Limited blue badge parking is available adjacent to the regatta start for those with mobility issues by prior arrangement with the Regatta Secretary.
All entrances to the enclosure are accessible, but entry via Gate 2 will involve crossing a playing field.
Toilets
Toilets are located within the Regatta enclosure and additional facilities are provided at Durham Amateur Rowing Club.
Baby changing & feeding
Baby changing & feeding facilities are provided at Durham Amateur Rowing Club.
Lost children
If children are separated from their parents, they should tell the nearest Regatta official. There is a lost children’s facility next to Regatta Control where parents and children can be reunited.
First aid
The main first aid station is located adjacent to the bandstand. In addition, roving patrols will cover the Regatta enclosure and the Durham Amateur Rowing Club boating area. If you need medical attention and are unable to make your way to the first aid facility or nearest first aider, please summon the nearest Regatta official.
Lost property
Lost property should be taken to Regatta Control, located within the portacabin next to the Regatta start, which is upstream of the bandstand. Alternatively, please hand lost property to a Regatta official. Lost property will be held for two weeks after the Regatta, before being passed on to the Police. If you have lost any property, please contact the Regatta Secretary.
