Durham Regatta regrets and apologises for an unfortunate accident involving a cygnet. Immediately following the accident we changed our arrangements and submitted reports to DEFRA and the Police. There were no further incidents. The Regatta will make a donation to a relevant wildlife charity.

Draw now available for the 2025 Regatta

Thank you to everyone who has submitted entries for the 2025 Durham Regatta. The draw has now been produced and includes 277 entries for Saturday and 227 for Sunday. More details and competitor information can be found on the Competitors page.

Entries for the 2025 Durham Regatta are now open. BROE2 will be suspended for further entries on Monday 19th May. All entries received by this date will be considered. In the event of oversubscription, no priority will be given to crews entered earlier.
